Our client, a large orthopedics group headquartered in New Jersey, is seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist interested in a full-time position to join a new office to be based in Vineland, New Jersey. We are looking for a long-term employee who is team-oriented, patient focused, excels at communication and collaboration, and has proven manual therapy skills. The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities, restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body parts. In assisting with a patient's physical therapy, the PT also incorporates preventative measures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles in accordance with organization standards. Orthopedic and post-surgical experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program as well as completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists is required. A minimum of 2-4 years' experience working as a Physical Therapist is required. Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey.

ATHLETIC TRAINER

Our client is seeking an Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a large orthopedic medical practice headquartered in Southern New Jersey. The Athletic Trainer is responsible for providing assistance to the physician and the patient focused on improving patient care coordination and better patient outcomes. The Athletic Trainer works in close collaboration with the Physician and other health care personnel assuring smooth and efficient patient flow and clinical operations by performing chart preparation prior to the patient's visit, obtaining necessary information (lab/test results, etc) and ensuring appropriate documentation in the patient's record, identifying and closing care gaps, and communicating with the physician anything that will need to be addressed at the next visit. Athletic Trainers are expected to provide friendly and professional customer service to patients as well as hospitals and surgery centers.

Qualified candidates must be friendly, upbeat, patient and professional, respectful, have a good work ethic, and be team oriented and ambitious. This is a full time position with benefits. Hours are dictated by the doctors' schedules and will require travel between the Moorestown, Marlton and Voorhees offices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
'Assists and escorts patients to the examination room.
'Reviews patient history and current medical problems as well as reason for visit.
'Documents all information given by the patient to be available to the physician.
'Follows direction of the physician and assist with any procedures as deemed by the physician.
'Prepares exam room as required based on chief complaint. Apply splints, collars, etc., as needed.
'Assists patients with questions or concerns regarding their treatment under the supervision of the physician.
'Obtains authorization for any procedures ordered by the physician that require such.
'Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and management.
'Informs management of any potential issues in reference to safety of patients and other employees.
Maintains strictest confidentiality; adhering to all HIPPA guidelines/regulations.
' Maintains the physician's surgical schedule and facilitates any equipment needed for the surgery as directed by the physician.
' Maintains close contact with surgical patients and facilities to make sure the surgery is a good experience for patient.
' Interacts professionally with other employees, patients and suppliers.
' Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all exam rooms.
' Returns all phone calls in a timely manner to patient.
' Regular and punctual attendance is required.
' Other projects and administrative duties as assigned by manager.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

' Current certification (or pursuing) as an Athletic Trainer.

WORKING CONDITIONS
' Clinical office setting with high volume of patients.
' May be occasional lifting of supplies up to 70 lbs.
' Must be able to assist patients with standing, sitting and getting on examination table.
' Low to moderate overtime required throughout the year. Must be able to work extended hours as necessary due to the physician's schedule.
' Fast paced environment. Constant interaction with physicians and patients.
' Must be able to stand, pivot & walk frequently throughout the work day.
' Prolonged periods of sitting.

The Front Office Supervisor works independently and has primary responsibility for the supervision of the medical assistants and front desk reception staff in the Southern Division which comprises the Cumberland County and Gloucester Office locations. This position is responsible for supervising the operational and clinical competency skills of the medical assistants and administrative skills of the front desk receptionists that work in the practice. In addition, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for creating staff schedules including assigning and coordinating breaks and re-assigning tasks when there are changes to the schedule.
